These terms apply to your use of this website and to any booking you make through Airlines Group Travel, a trading name of Airfare Services USA LLC.

Who we are

We are an independent travel agency. We act as an agent in arranging travel services supplied by airlines and other travel providers. We are not an airline, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent for any airline named on this website. Airline names, codes and trademarks are used only to describe the routes and group programmes we can book on your behalf.

Quotes

A quote we send you is an indication of price based on the information you give us and on airline inventory at that moment. It is not a booking and does not guarantee availability. Fares, taxes and surcharges can change until a booking is confirmed and, where applicable, a deposit is received.

Group bookings

Group contracts are governed by the terms of the airline issuing them. Those terms typically include:

• A deposit payable to hold the seats and the fare
• A deadline by which passenger names must be supplied
• A date by which the balance must be paid in full
• Rules on how many names may be changed, and at what cost

We will set out the deadlines applying to your booking in writing. If a deadline is missed the airline may cancel the contract and any deposit may be forfeited. It is your responsibility to meet the dates we give you.

Payment

Prices are quoted in US dollars unless stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed only when we have received payment in cleared funds and issued a confirmation. We may charge a service fee for arranging a booking; where we do, it is disclosed before you pay.

Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations are subject to the rules of the fare and the airline, which vary widely. Airline penalties, fare differences and any service fee we have charged may apply. We will always tell you the cost before making a change.

Passports, visas and health

You are responsible for ensuring that every passenger holds a valid passport, any visas or transit permits required, and meets any health or entry requirements for the destination and for any country transited. We can offer general guidance, but requirements change and the final responsibility rests with the traveller. We are not liable for a passenger being refused boarding or entry.

Our liability

We are responsible for arranging your booking with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of the airline or of any other supplier, nor for events outside our reasonable control, including weather, air traffic control decisions, strikes, schedule changes and airline insolvency. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We strongly recommend that all passengers hold appropriate travel insurance.

We take care to keep this website accurate, but fares and offers shown are indicative and subject to availability and change. The voucher code AGT40 applies to new group bookings and may be withdrawn at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
