How many passengers make a group booking?
Ten or more passengers travelling on the same flight qualifies as a group with almost every airline. Some carriers on certain routes will contract from as few as seven — tell us your headcount and we will check.
Do I need to know everyone's name to book?
No. That is the main advantage of a group contract. You hold the seats and the price with a deposit, then submit the passenger list before the airline's name deadline, which is typically two to four weeks before departure.
How much deposit is required?
It varies by airline and route, but a group contract is normally secured with a modest per-seat deposit rather than full payment. We confirm the exact amount in your written quote before anything is charged.
Can passengers depart from different cities?
Yes. We regularly build group contracts with multiple origin cities converging on one destination — common for weddings and reunions. Everyone still travels under one booking reference.
What if our dates change after booking?
Before tickets are issued, date changes on a group contract are usually free or low cost. After ticketing, standard airline change rules apply. We always flag the key deadlines in your quote.
